Picnic Area Rentals are only available at Hesperia Lake Park, 7500 Arrowhead Lake Road, Hesperia.  Picnic areas at all other parks are first come, first served.

Hesperia Lake Picnic Area Rental Fee Schedule. Lake Picnic Areas. Certificate of Insurance may be required. *Available times: 8 am to 12 pm OR 1 to 5 pm. Area 1 &2 capacity 100 with 10 to 12 tables. Standard fee $150 per time. **Discounted fee $120 per time. Business/For Profit fee $300 per time. Area 3 capacity 50 with 6 to 7 tables. Standard fee $75 per time. **Discounted fee $60 per time. Business/For Profit fee $150 per time. Equestrian Area capacity 100. Standard fee $150 per time. **Discounted fee $120 per time. Business/ For Profit $300 per time. North Day Use, half capacity 500 includes seating for 50 with $200 DEPOSIT REQURIED. Standard fee $300 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). **Discounted fee $240 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). Business/ For Profit $600 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). North Day Use, Full capacity 1,000 includes seating for 50 with $200 DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Standard fee $600 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). **Discounted fee $480 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). Business/For Profit $1,200 (full day 8 am to 5 pm). *Bookings for both available times the same day will be charged for the hour between available times. North day use rentals are full day only, 8 am to 5 pm. **Discounted fee: District residents, active military, veterans, and standalone non-profit organizations benefiting District residents. Reservations are available online at www.hesperiaparks.com. 25% fee for cancellations before 30 days prior to rental. Cancellations within 30 days may not be considered. Fee/deposit(s) (if applicable) due at the the time the application is submitted. Deposit is not applied to fee. Fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to date of event or may be subject to late fee of $50.00. Any changes within 30 days of rental will be charged a $50.00 change fee, plus fees for an additional hours requested. Events scheduled Monday through Thursday will receive an additional 10% discount on hourly rate. Certificate of insurance may be required; see insurance policy guidelines.
