Once Registration Packets are submitted and have been reviewed, parent/guardian will receive notification whether your child(ren) has been accepted into the program or has been placed on a waiting list.
Enrollment is open to HUSD students in grades 1 through 6.
Please select your school and submit your Registration Packet online.
Prices are currently TBD, but we are accepting applications for the program.
Only schools that have met minimum enrollment have payment links, but you must have received notification that your child is accepted into the program to be able to make a payment.
Schools with only Registration Packet links have yet to meet the minimum enrollment, but you are still encouraged to register, as the the minumum number of interested participants is needed to open at each school site.

Kids Kamp FAQ's
How do I register for the Kids Kamp program? Scroll up, click the registration link, and follow the prompts (registration accepted on-line only).
Do I need to fill out a new registration application online before every kamp? Yes, a NEW registration packet MUST be filled out for EVERY seasonal kamp. Hard copies will no longer be available in person.
Is there a program available to offer Kids Kamp for free or at a reduced price? No, the Kids Kamp fees are used to offset costs of operating the program.
When is my payment due? Weekly payments MUST be paid by the Thursday prior to the week attending.
How do I make my payment? Visit us online at HesperiaParks.com, follow the Kids Kamp link. The online system takes: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

What if I forget to pay the weekly payment by the Thursday prior? Your child will be unable to attend the following week.
Are there any discounts available? There are no multiple child discounts.
What are the operating hours of the Kids Kamp program? Kids Kamp is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). Kids Kamp follows the HUSD calendar.
Do I have to leave my child from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.? No, you can drop off/pick up your child(ren) to/from Kids Kamp anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Are there any late fees? Yes, if your child(ren) is/are not picked up promptly at the scheduled end time, a late fee of $5.00 (per child) for every 15 minutes, or a fraction thereof, will be applied. The late fee MUST be paid BEFORE your child(ren) can return to Kids Kamp.
Do I have to pay the full weekly fee when there is a holiday? No.
Can I pay for the Kids Kamp program one day at a time? Yes, Kids Kamp is available on a weekly or daily basis. Must be paid the Thursday prior.
What activities do the children participate in while attending the program? The children in the Kids Kamp program will participate in a variety of different activities. Indoor activities include: board games, indoor games, and crafts. Outdoor activities include: basketball, soccer, kickball, and other outdoor games. It is recommended that parent/guardian apply sunscreen prior to attending the program. STAFF WILL NOT APPLY SUNSCREEN ON PARTICIPANTS. Participants may bring sunscreen with them. Spray on sunscreen is highly recommended.
Does the Kids Kamp program provide snacks and lunch for the children? No, the parents/guardians are responsible for providing their child(ren) with two (2) snacks, lunch, and plenty of water.

How do I register for the A.S.A.P. program? Visit us online at Hesperiaparks.com, follow the A.S.A.P. link, and follow the prompts under “Fill Out Registration Packet and Pay Online.”
How do I know if my packet was accepted? Once your packet is accepted you will receive a phone call or an email from the Hesperia Recreation and Park District. You will receive further notification if/when your child is eligible to start.
Is there a program available to offer A.S.A.P. for free or at a reduced price? No, fees are used to offset costs of operating the program. The A.S.A.P. weekly fee is based on school dismissal time and program hours.

When is my payment due? Weekly fees must be paid online by Monday @11:00 am of the week your child(ren) is/are attending in order to attend.
What if I forget to pay by Monday at 11:00 a.m.? If payment is not paid by 11:00 a.m., your child will be dropped from the program, you will need to fill out another registration packet, and will be put on the waiting list.
How do I make my payment? Payments can only be made online at HesperiaParks.com.
Is there a discount for enrolling multiple children? There are no multiple child discounts.
What are the operating hours of the A.S.A.P. program? A.S.A.P. operates each day that school is in session, from the time school is dismissed until 6:00 p.m. sharp.
Operating hours are until 6:00 p.m., do I have to leave my child until 6:00? Your child does not need to stay until 6:00 p.m.
Does A.S.A.P. operate on minimum days? Yes, A.S.A.P. operates on minimum days as well as short weeks.
When will I know if/when my children will be able to start the program? You will receive an email and/or phone call from Hesperia Recreation and Park District.
What if I don’t have a computer or email, do you call me for correspondence purposes? Most communication will be through email, so please obtain an email account. Email accounts are easy to create; a couple free email providers are Yahoo and Google. There are public places, such as the Hesperia Library, that you can use a computer.
Do I have to pay the full weekly fee when there is a holiday? No

Can I pay for the A.S.A.P. program one day at a time? No, this is a weekly program; there is no daily drop-in option.
What activities do the children participate in while attending the program? The children in the A.S.A.P. program will participate in a variety of different activities. Indoor activities include: board games, indoor games, crafts, and homework time. Outdoor activities include: basketball, soccer, kickball, and other outdoor games.
Do you provide help with homework and make sure it is completed? No, staff cannot sit one on one or make sure all homework is completed for every child. However, A.S.A.P. provides time for your child(ren) to work on homework.
Does the A.S.A.P. program provide snacks for the children? Yes, the A.S.A.P. program does provide one snack each day during program hours.
